Abstract

This paper mainly based on the observation of cross-section organizational structure of different varieties of pepper seedlings' petiole in different nodes.The results showed that the cell layers of vascular bundle of different peppers were relatively stabile.The number of cell layers between the vascular bundles in petioles was about 10;with the change of nodes,the cortical cell layers and the diameter of cross-section were slightly different,of which the second node and the fourth node had both the largest cell layers and the largest cross-section diameter;the cell diameter within the biggest cells in dermal epithelium was relative with the distance between two extreme of vascular bundle,vascular bundle area,petiole transaction area.The related figures were 0.984,0.964,and 0.985,respectively.The distance between two extreme of vascular bundle was relative with the vascular bundle area and the petiole transaction area.The related figures were 0.936 and 0.987.The vascular bundle area was relative with the petiole transaction area.The related figure was 0.964.Description petiole vascular thickening and related developmental level.
