Abstract
Effect of different carbon and nitrogen sources,pH,culture temperature and different medium on mycelia growth of Agaricus subrutilescens were studied. The results showed that optimum carbon source was soluble starch, the next was sucrose. The optimum nitrogen source was beef extract, next was peptone. The temperature gradient test showed that the growth temperature range of Agaricus subrutilescens was from 5 to 35 ℃,and the optimum temperature range was from 25 to 30 ℃.The optimum pH of Agaricus subrutilescens was 9.8,it was very different with other fungus. The optimum medium of Agaricus subrutilescens was wheat medium.
