Abstract
The 12th International Alcohol Interlock Symposium, Integrating Systems: Creating A Continuum of Care, was held October 17-19, 2011, in Palm Springs, California. Over 175 people, from 18 different countries, attended the symposium. This is the proceedings of the symposium. The symposium highlighted the great advances in the use of alcohol interlock programs that have been made around the world. It presented innovations in interlock programs that have occurred. It also described the interlock laws that are in place now in all 50 states of the United States. Other issues regarding the use of alcohol interlock devices were also discussed, and programs around the world were presented.
