Abstract

This report presents proceedings of the 14th International Alcohol Interlock Symposium held in Washington, D.C., August 17-19, 2014. The symposium attracted more than 150 attendees representing 13 countries from six different continents. The focus was on the tailored use of interlocks to respond to varying levels of offender risk with the goal of changing behaviors. Report sections include: New research, Integration of supervision and treatment, Technology, Future directions, and International progress.
