Abstract
In this paper, the purification of total flavonoids from Sophora japonica L.by macroporous absorption resin was studied.By analysis the contents of total flavonoids from Sophora japonica L.by UV spectrophotometry, the optimum purification conditions were determined as follows:the best macroporous absorption resin of AB-8,concentration of original sample of 2.802m g /mL,maximum adsorption of 30.8 mg/g,sample adsorbing rate of 1 BV/h,sample adsorption times of 2,adsorbing time of 1 h,eluent of 45% alcohol, eluent volume of 3 BV,and desorbing rate of 4 BV/h.The resin can be repeatedly used for less than 3 batches.
