Effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on anxiety,depression,pain and nursing satisfaction of patients after fracture operation

Abstract
Objective To analyze the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on nursing satisfaction,pain,anxiety and depression of patients after fracture operation. Methods From May 2019 to May 2020,134 cases of postoperative fracture patients were selected and divided into two groups,with 67 cases in each group. The control group received routine nursing,and the experimental group received comprehensive nursing intervention. The VAS,SDS,SAS scores,nursing satisfaction and quality of life were compared between the two groups. Results After the intervention,the VAS,SDS,SAS scores of the experimental group were better than those of the control group(P< 0.05),The nursing satisfaction and the scores of life quality in the experimental group was higher than those in the reference group(P< 0.05). Conclusion The effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on patients after fracture operation is significant,which can relieve the pain of patients,eliminate their negative emotions,and improve their quality of life and nursing satisfaction.
