Expression of p16,cyclin D1 and PCNA in the significance of early gastric cancer diagnosis

Abstract

目的探讨p16,cyclin D1和增殖细胞核抗原(PCNA)表达在胃癌早期诊断中的意义.方法采用免疫组织化学(S-P)方法和显微摄像计算机图像分析技术,研究185例各类胃粘膜病变和42例早期胃癌中p16,cyclin D1和PCNA的表达情况.结果 p16蛋白的阳性率在慢性浅表性胃炎组(A组)、慢性萎缩性胃炎组(B组)和伴肠化生萎缩性胃炎组(C组)均显著高于早期胃癌组(E组)(P<0.05～0.01);cyclin D1的阳性率A和C组均显著低于E组(P<0.05～0.01).结论 p16的低表达和cyclin D1的过表达在胃粘膜细胞增殖癌变过程中起重要作用,对胃癌的早期诊断有一定意义.
