Industrial Placement is an important program of student’s life. The purpose of the Industrial Placement is to pass the third semester requirements. Through this program, the writer can experience working in real hotel industry, get practical knowledge, and build new relationship with other people in hotel industry for wider network. Problems occurred during the Industrial Placement such as the greeting’s feedback and writer’s lack of knowledge about the destinations near the hotel. This problem can be solved by fixing the gesture and greeting volume, meanwhile for the second problem can be solved by digging more information about the destinations near the hotel. The report presents all the details about the training activities from July 2019 until December 2019. The information on this report can be used as a reference for Industrial Placement Program or course curriculum in Universitas Multimedia Nusantara.
