The objective of this training program is to enhance the skill of the student in Room Divison , especially in housekeeping department. The program has been started since June 2019 until December 2019. This program is very important for the writer because writer can learn in real hotel industry and experience the practical knowledge for self- development. This report gives detail information about activities in hotel real industry. Some problems that occurred during industrial placement in the working speed, the initiative and the memorizing ability from the writer. However, the writer tried to solve the problem by practice harder to work quickly, take more initiative and make note. This report contain detailed procedures and workflows during the industrial placement from June 2019 until December 2019. This information can be a reference for the junior in Universitas Multimedia Nusantara especially Hotel Operations.
