Front Office Department at The Trans Luxury Hotel Bandung

The point of this Industrial Placement program is to increase the ability of the student in room division, especially in front office department. The writer chooses to do an Industrial Placement at The Trans Luxury Hotel Bandung because it is the famous local chain hotel and is known as the luxurious hotel in Bandung. This program began on July 2019 until December 2019. This Industrial Placement program is very important for writer because it can increase skill and knowledge by direct learning in real industry. This report is made as partial fulfillment in the course curriculum and hopefully can give detailed information about what writer have learned. Some problems during the Industrial Placement like guests complaint, can be solved by good attitude and how we treat the guests with good problem solving. This report contains all the details of job training experience from July 2019 to December 2019. The information in the report can be used as a reference for other Industrial Placement program in Universitas Multimedia Nusantara
