Abstract
[Objective] The aim of the study was to seek a good anesthetic to extract β-(1,3)-D-glucan [Method]The β-(1,3)-D-glucan extracted from spent beer yeast by three different extraction methods(nzymatic-alkali process,alkali-acid process and alkali extraction) were studied.[Result]The result indicated that enzymatic-alkali process could extract higher content of β-glucan than other methods, the content of polyose was 73.67%,while the other two methods were 49.87% and 59.63%,respectively.At the same time, protein content was lowest by nzymatic-alkali process(8.16%) than alkali extraction(15.28%) and alkali-acid process(12.43%).[Conclusion] The extraction effect β-(1,3)-D-glucan extracted from beer yeast by nzymatic-alkali was best than other ways.
