Abstract

Cucumber seedlings were sprayed by salicylic acid (SA) solution of some concentrations. The results showed that SA obviously raised the index of high quality seedling and promoted high quality seedling forming of cucumber seedlings;and 250 mg·L -1 was the best concentration of SA.Simultaneously,SA solution of 250 mg·L -1 obviously increased cell membrane stability, and restrained accumulation of malondialdehyde (MDA),in leaves after cucumber seedlings were stressed by lower temperature.
