Abstract
Taking Jili 4 as experiments material;the effect of different concentrations salicylic acid on physiological character of cucumber seedlings undur high temperature stress were studied. The results showed that different concentrations of SA solution could reduce the relative conductivity and malondialdehyde(MDA) content of cucumber leaves and improve chlorophyll content of cucumber seedling leaves, free proline content, and root activity.SA could relax injury of cucumber seedling under on high temperature stress,it was the best when the concentration was 250 mg/L.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
