Abstract
Aim To observe the effect and recrudesce of Mosapride citrate tablets on refractory gastroesophageal reflux disease.Methods There 115 of outpatients and inpatients cases with gastroesophageal reflux disease were randomly divided into treatment group(65 cases)treated with mosapride citrate tablets,rabeprazol combined with sucralfate tablets,and control groups(50 cases) treated with domperidone,rabeprazo combined with sucralfate tablets for 6 weeks.Results After treatment the total effective rates recurrent rates in the treatment groups were 95.3% and 11.0%,while that in the control group were 84.0% and 23.0%,all showing significant difference between the two groups(P0.05).Conclusion Mosapride citrate tablet is effective on refractory gastroesophageal reflux disease without adverse reaction.
