Observation on the clinical effect of Weilikang in the treatment of reflux esophagitis

Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical effect and safety of Weilikang in the treatment of reflux esophagitis.Methods 92 patients with reflux esophagitis were randomly divided into Weilikang group and Mosapride Citrate group,with 46 cases in each group.Weilikang group was treated with 10 g by oral,3 times/d,the Mosapride Citrate group was treated with 5 mg by oral,3 times/d,then the comprehensive effect,improvement of esophagitis and incidence of adverse reactions of two groups after the treatment at eighth week were compared.Results The comprehensive effect,improvement of esophagitis and incidence of adverse reactions of Weilikang group were all better than those of Mosapride Citrate group(all P 0.05).Conclusion The effect of Weilikang in reflux esophagitis is better than that of Mosapride Citrate,the safety is higher,and it has higher value in the treatment of reflux esophagitis.
