Notes on Two Genera New to China with Three New Species of Parasitic Wasps (Hymenoptera: Encyrtidae) on Scale Insects

Abstract
The paper presents three new species of Encyrtid parassitic wasps on scale insects, collected from Xinjiang, Jilin and Gansu provinces, China. i. e. Encyrtus changjiensis Xu sp. n., Ericydnus scutellus Xu sp. n. and Subprionomitus frontatus Xu, sp. n.. Both Ericydnus Walker and Subprionomitus Mercet are recorded from China for the first time. All the specimens are deposited in Institute of Applied Entomology, Zhejiang University. Encyrtus Latreille 1. Encyrtus changjiensis Xu, sp. nov. (Figs.1~2) Host: unknown. Distribution: Changji, Xinjiang. Specimens examined: holotype ♀, Miaoergou, Changji (44°0′N, 81°18′E), Xinjiang, 2-Ⅶ-1988, Wang Min, C9517 1; paratype 1♀, same data as holotype. Diagnosis: this new species is similar to Encyrtus lecaniorum (Mayr 1876), but 1) body clearly robuster than the latter; 2) no black setae along hind cheeks after oral ridge; 3) thorax dorsally yellowish brown except hind margin of axillaris, which are black. Ericydnus Walker, new record 2. Ericydnus scutellus Xu, sp. nov. (Figs.3~6) Host: unknown. Distribution: Liaoyuan, Jilin. Specimens examined: holotype ♀, Liaoyuan (42°54′N, 125°6′E), Jilin, 5-Ⅶ-1991, Lou Juxian, C95068; paratypes 2♀♀, same data as holotype. Diangosis: this new species is similar to Ericydnus strigosis Nees 1834, but can be distinguished by 1) first funicle segment 2.0 times as long as wide, first sixth funicle segments equal in length, sixth funicle segment 1.3 times as long as wide, the latter with first funicle segment 1.5 times as long as wide, first sixth funicle segments shortened, sixth funicle segment as long as wide; 2) scutellum with apically strongly membranous expansion, in doersal view with subapically ligulate constriction, the latter without a subapically ligulate constriction, membranous expansion slightly developed; 3) propodeum transverse ridged, the latter without ridge on propodeum. Subprionomitus Mercet, new record 3. Subprionomitus frontatus Xu, sp. nov. (Figs.7~10) Host: Eriopeltis araxis. Distribution: Gulang, Gansu. Specimens examined: holotype ♀, Gulang (37°24′N, 102°48′E), Gansu, 6-Ⅶ-1981, Guo Yulin, ex. Eriopeltis araxis, C8126 4; paratypes 12♀♀2♂♂, same data as holotype. Diagnosis: this species is very similar to Subprionomitus festucae (Mayr) (= S. contabricus Mercet 1921), but can be distinguished from the latter by: 1) head black, without other maculation, the latter with gold yellow color on frontovetex; 2) in dorsal view frontovetex wider than eye, the latter frontovetex as wide as eye; 3) first fifth funicular segments equal in length, sixth funicular segment shorter, 1.3 times as long as wide, the latter with first funicular segment longest, second fifth funicular segment equal in length, sixth funicular segment subquadrate.
