Abstract
The paper describes two new species of Encyrtidae, Dicarnosis sinuatis Xu, sp. nov. and Exoristobia klinoclavata Xu,sp. nov., collected from Shenyang,Liaoning and Yangling,Shaanxi,China. i.e. Both Dicarnosis Mercet and Exoristobia Ashmead are first recorded from China, and are parasitoids of Blattarid and Tachinid respectively.1 Dicarnosis sinuatis Xu, sp. nov. (Figs.1 4) Host.Blattarid eggs. Distribution. Liaoning(Shenyang). Material examined. Holotype ♀, Shenyang(41°48'N, 123°24'E),Liaoning, 7.Ⅹ.1991, LOU Ju Xian, C9506 7。 Diagnosis.This new species is similar to Dicarnosis superbus Mercet, 1921, but can be distinguished from the latter by 1) antennal pedicel black, the latter mostly white; 2) mesoscutum with uncompleted notaular lines, the latter without notaular lines; 3) fore wing with apical margin transparent, the latter with apical margin infuscate.2 Exoristobia klinoclavata Xu,sp. nov. (Figs.5 7) Host. Tachinid pupae. Distribution. Shaanxi(Yangling). Material examined. Holotype ♀, Yangling(34°12′N, 108°E), Shaanxi, 1984 winter 1985 spring, WU Xin Yuan, 860755; paratypes 16♀♀,2 ♂♂, same data as holotype. Diagnosis. This new species is similar to Exoristobia lindus (Mercet) 1921, but can be distinguished by: 1) head black with metallic blue reflections, antennae same color with body, the latter head with metallic yellow green reflections besides metallic blue reflections, antennae yellow;2) all funicular segments strongly wider than long, the latter with the fifth funicular segment quadrate;3) clava oblique truncated apically, the latter with clava rounded apically.
