Abstract
[Objective] To understand the situation of the infection rate between hepatitis B virus markers(HBV-M) positive maternal and hepatitis B virus(HBV) neonatal intrauterine in our city, and provide evidences to cut off the infective access from mother to baby effectively.[Methods] Retrospective investigation was performed on 336 HBV-M positive pregnant women and infants in our hospital, and the pregnant women were divided into three groups based on the infectious level. Then we compared the different infectious levels on the HBV-M.[Results] ① The types of HBV-M between mother and neonate showed to be difference, for example:positive Anti-HBS,HBeAg and Anti-HBC,and positive HBeAg and anti-HBc presented among neonate which rarely occurred in clinical;② The infection rate of neonate born from HBsAg-positive puerperae was 10.2%,meanwhile,the HBV-M-positive(except the single Anti-HBS) rate was 97.3%.Among them, the rate was 35.0%(14/40) caused by HBsAg,HBeAg and Anti-HBc pregnant, then the rate of HBV-M positive was 92.5%(37/40),which mainly included HBeAg-positive.③ The ratio of infected infants whose mother were HBsAg-negative was only 0.5%,however,the positive reached to 88.4%.Furthermore,the same pattern of the puerperae appeared to be most.[Conclusion] The survey indicated that HBsAg-positive with HBeAg-positive would result in high infective risk of intrauterine,at the same time, there also be a high rate with HBsAg-negative so that we shouldn't under-estimate the risk of HBV's spread in intrauterine.
