医院中层管理干部的非权力性影响力的大小,是管理者的实际工作能力的体现.在实际工作中各个疗区相互协调和与下属工作的分工协作主要由科室护士长负责,其难度较大,处理不好直接影响科室正常业务的开展.本文主要叙述了如何提高护士长的领导艺术与能力,增强护士长的非权力性影响力.
