Skills and Experience of Nurse-Patient Communication

This paper analyzed the skills of nurse-patient communication mainly around the aspects such as first meeting,behavior details,speech skills and persuasive skills;meanwhile,combined with clinical experience,summaried how to make nurse-patient communication better,such as active communication and improving quality,understanding and image civilization,in order to enhance the effect of nurse-patient communication,strengthen and establish the good relationship between nurses and patients,ensure the smooth progress of treatment,preferably promote the patients' health.
