Abstract
Head nurses were the cadreman in management of nursing,the management ability and integrative quality of head nurse were affected quality of nursing directly.The head nurse in new epoch faced more trial undernent new postion,so they must studied and improved management method ceaselessly and using effective management,the quality of nursing may improved.
