THE EFFECT OBSERVATION OF SEQUENTIAL THERAPY AND STANDARD TRIPLE THERAPY IN TREATMENT OF PATIENTS WITH HELICOBACTER PYLORI POSITIVE ULCER

[Objective]To observe the effect of sequential therapy and standard triple therapy in treatment of patients with Helicobacter pylori positive ulcer.[Methods]86 cases of Helicobacter pylori positive ulcer patients were randomly classified into two groups,sequential therapy group with 43 cases and standard triple therapy group with 43 cases.The eradication of Hp,ulcer healing and symptomatic relief were compared.[Results]The eradication rate of Hp in sequential therapy group was 90.7%,which was significantly higher than that in standard triple therapy group that was 74.4%(P﹤0.05).The ulcer healing rate in sequential therapy group was 90.7%,which was significantly higher than that in standard triple therapy group that was 72.1%(P﹤0.05).There were no significant differences in scores of stomachache,sour regurgitation,belching and abdominal distension between the two groups(P﹥0.05).[Conclusion]Compared with standard triple therapy,sequential therapy is more effective in eradication of Hp and ulcer healing,which can be replaced with standard triple therapy in clinical application.
