Observation of Clinical Effect Comparison of Sequential Therapy and Standard Triple Therapy on Helicobacter Pylori Positive Peptic Ulcer

Objective:To investigate the clinical therapeutic effect of sequential therapy with standard triple therapy on helicobacter pylori positive peptic ulcer.Method:Selected 64 patients in our hospital,who were helicobacter pylori positive peptic ulcer,the patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,each group of patients were 32 cases.In the treatment group were treated with sequential therapy,the control group were treated with standard triple therapy,treatment effect was observed.Result:The total effective rate of treatment group was 96.9%,gastric ulcer healing rate was 68.8%,the treatment effect was obvious higher than that of the control group,the difference between the two groups,there was significant difference(P0.05).But the difference between the two groups in adverse reaction of,there were no statistical significance(P0.05).Conclusion:Sequential therapy can significantly improve the Helicobacter pylori positive peptic ulcer treatment efficiency,enhance the effect of patients with ulcer healing,it is worth in clinical application.
