Abstract
To test the effects of PP 333, B 9 and CCC on in vitro propagation of the virus-free potato, we added them at different concentrations respectively and separately to both the base media for shoot multiplying (MS 0) and the base media for rooting (1/2MS+ 6-BA 0.1 mg L -1+NAA 0.1 mg·L -1), in which the shoots of the virus-free potato were cultured. The results showed that B 9 (20 mg·L -1 )or CCC ( 20~50 mg·L -1) could promote the proliferation and rejuvenation of the tube-plantlets of the virus-free potato; PP 333 (0.05~0.5 mg·L -1) or CCC (50~100 mg·L -1) was suitable for the preservation of the tube-plantlets; PP 333 (0.05~0.1 mg·L -1)or CCC (20~100 mg·L -1) was advantageous rooting and transplanting, and among them PP 333( 0.1 mg·L -1) was most effective. The rooting rate and survival rate after the transplantation were 100%. The redartant growth of seedlings was short and the plants grew vigorously.
