Abstract

Added PP 333 or CCC at different concentrations to multiplying and rooting media when the shoots of Toona sinensis cultured.The basic medium for multiplication is MS+6-BA 0.2 mg·L -1+GA 1.0 mg.L -1,the basic media for rooting is 1/2 MS+IBA 1.0 mg·L -1.The results showed that PP 333(10 mg·L -1) or CCC(70 mg·L -1) improved the multiplication of shoots obviously,retarded the growth,the efficacy of PP 333(10 mg·L -1) is better.Meanwhile PP 333(0.1~0.3 mg·L -1) or CCC(10~70 mg·L -1) induced the callus and vitrification;PP 333 (0.1 mg·L -1) or CCC(10 mg·L -1) improved rooting rate and transplanting of the tube-plantlet,contrasted two kinds of hormons,CCC(10 mg·L -1) was evidently.After transplanting,the plant was short and strong,the colour of the leaves deepened,the rate of survitors was increased.
