Abstract
The effects of plant retardant PP333 and CCC and Pix on the in vitro growth of virus-free potato plantlets were examined. The results showed that CCC at 200.00 mg/L and Pix at 30.0~90.0 mg/L were fit for the culture of vigorous plantlets.PP333 at 0.15~1.20 mg/L have distinct effects on the gain of stem node number and diameter, but the plantlets leaf is too large and the plantlets tend to senesce prematurely.CCC at 1 200.0 mg/L and PPP333 at 4.80 mg/L were favorable for the long-term preservation of virus-free potato plantlets in in vitro culture. In this medium, the potato plantlets can preserve 300 days long.
