Abstract
The peroxidase isoenzymes of 16 cultivars of sunflowers were studied by polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis technique. The characteristics and distributions of zymograms showed the variations of isoenzymes. The relationsnip among them was studied by clustering analysis to the 30 bands shown as the results.Sixteen genotypes of sunflowers can be divided into 2 types.Thirteen cultivars hold a common spectra-strip including HEMUS、PERDO、PAT4 、PAC2、HA89、RHA298、B7、RHA265、2603、PR29、RHA299、2736 and HA300 attributed to the typeⅠ,in which,HA300 was more distant. The other 3 cultivars fallen into the type Ⅱand were closer each other.
