Abstract

In this paper, Peroxidase isoenzyme of leaves in seven cultivars of Chrysanthemum was analysed by PAGE. By means of information content cluster analysis, the relationships and classific possibilities were probed according to the characters of isoenzyme bands and distributions. The results showed that the basic isoenzyme bands characteristics of the species were observed in all specimen, and polymorphism was also detected in all isoenzyme. So, the cultivars can be identified according to the Chrysanthemum variation.
