Abstract
The peroxidase isoenzymes of 10 varieties of castor bean were studied by polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis technique. The characteristics and distribution s of zymograms showed the variations of isoenzymes. The results showed that there are a total of twenty-nine bands of peroxidase isozyme,in which, nine dwarf varieties had 3 bands and tall castor cultivar had 2 bands.dwarf varieties hold a common spectra-strip with the Smallest relative mobility.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
