Abstract
Objective:To explore the characteristics of drug tolerance of extended spectrumβ-lactamase (ESBLs) among klebsiella pneumoniae, provide a foundation for treatment. Methods:Drug tolerance of klebsiella pneumoniae and the strains producting ESBLs were monitored by disk agar diffusion method and double disc synergy test.Results:85 strains were isolated from 306 specimens, the ESBLs positive strains accounted for 31.8%;the drug resistance rate of ESBLs positive strains was higher than that of ESBLs negative strains, the former was highly sensitive to imipenem specifically. Conclusion:The detection rate of ESBLs among klebsiella pneumoniae in Changchun city is higher and multiple drug resistance is serious.
