Abstract
OBJECTIVE:To evaluate the clinical efficacy of deoxynucleotide injections combined with thymopentin in treatment of middle or late stage of non-small cell lung cancer.METHODS:116 patients with non-small cell lung cancer were divided into observation group and control group via random number table, with 59 cases in observation group and57 cases in control group. The control group received chemotherapy combined with thymopentin( 10 mg / d),and the observation group received deoxynucleotide injections( 200 mg / d,from the first day to the end of chemotherapy) based on the treatment of control group. The white blood cells count, platelet levels in 7 d,14 d of chemotherapy in patients were evaluated, and the indexes of the patients' immune function, body mass, life quality scores, adverse reactions, the process time of median tumor and cost-effectiveness analysis in patients were accessed.RESULTS:After treatment of7 d,the white blood cells count and platelet levels in observation group were significantly improved compared with the control group, and the cases of white blood cells that went back to normal in observation group were higher than that in control group, with significant differences( P 0.05).After treatment of 14 d,the incidence of adverse reactions in observation group were lower than that in control group, with significant differences( P 0.05).The average process time of median tumor in observation group was( 6.2 ± 0.9) month, significantly shorter than than that in control group( 8.5 ±1.1) month;the average life quality scores in observation group was( 56.8 ± 10.2) scores, significantly higher than than that in control group( 41.7 ± 11.6) scores;the increased body mass of observation group was( 2.7 ± 1.1) kg,significantly higher than than that of control group( 0.4 ± 0.2) kg,there were significant differences between these indexes( P 0.05).Meanwhile,the cost-effectiveness analysis of observation group was better than that of control group, with significant differences( P 0.05).CONCLUSIONS:Deoxynucleotide injections can reduce the degree of chemotherapy-induced myelosuppression, improve the patients' body mass, immune function and quality of life, and induce adverse reactions. It is worthy of clinical promotion.
