Abstract
To obtain valuable Schistosoma japonicum(Sj) antigen clones, an constructed Sj adult worm cDNA libray was screened with serum from reinfected people of Sj endemic area with high level Sj specific IgG4 antibodies. Then positive clones were preliminarily identified by PCR.Of the 8.6×104 phage plaques immunoscreened by human specific IgG4 antibody, 11 are positive with the PCR products' size ranged from 564bp to 740bp.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
A contribution statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
Method details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Findings are not separately available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Limitations are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
