Abstract
11 Carthamus tinctorius L.varieties were used to study their genetic diversity and relationship using SRAP.With 25 SRAP primers,308 bands were amplified, among them 109 bands(35%) were polymorphism. The genetic similarity coefficients ranged from 0.82 to 0.934 2 with an average of 0.87,indicating the existence of genetic diversity among these 11 varieties which were divided into four groups by cluster analysis at the similarity coefficient of 0.891 4.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
A contribution statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
Method details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Findings are not separately available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Limitations are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Application details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
