Abstract
Objective:To understand the blood lead levels of children aged 2~6 years old in urban areas of Shiyan and analyze the effect factors. Methods:The blood lead level was detected by graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry, and the parents were surveyed by a questionnaire. Results:The blood lead level of 2 431 children was 0.487 μmol/L on average, and 1 092 children were found with a blood lead level≥0.48 μmol/L.Conclusion:The blood lead level and rate of lead poisoning in children in urban areas of Shiyan are high, corresponding measures should be taken to control inducing factors.
