Abstract
[Objective] To understand the related factors of urinary tract infection in hospitalized patients in order to prevent or reduce the incidence of urinary tract infection. [Methods] In order to effectively prevent and control the urinary tract infections, decrease the incidence of urinary tract infections,we analyzed the related factors of urinary tract infection in hospitalized patients from January 2005 to December 2007 in our hospital, and proposed appropriate preventive measures. [Results] The most important risk factors included:invasive operation, sex, age and number of days of indwelling catheter. Among 118 cases of patients, there were 76 cases of pathogen monitoring, and 35 cases of bacterial culture-positive; The main pathogens of urinary tract infection was Gram-negative bacilli, accounting for 48.57%; Escherichia coli-based accounted for 22.86% ; leather Gram-positive cocci accounted for 31.43%; and enterococci accounted for 14.29% and fungi accounted for 20%. [Conclusion] The reduction in invasive operation, strict implementation of disinfection and isolation system is to reduce the incidence of urinary tract infection in the key.
