Abstract
Purpose To study the effects of c myc antisense phosphorothioate oligodeoxynucleotide(APSODN) on apoptosis of gastric cancer SGC?7901 cell. Methods After gastric cancer SGC?7901 cell were treated by c myc APSODN,we studied the expression of c myc gene using Northern blot and Western blot, apoptosis using terminal uridine deoxynucleotidyl nick end labeling(TUNEL),cell cycle using flow cytometer. Results c myc APSODN could induce apoptosis of gastric cancer SGC?7901 cell,simultaneously,G0/G1 arrest, and the effect of induction was related to trearted time and density. Conclusions c myc APSODN can induce apoptosis of gactric cancer cell.
