Industrial Placement in Hotel Hilton Bandung

Industrial Placement is one of the requirements of the curriculum that should be fulfilled because its purpose is to improve the ability of the writer’s skill in Room Division Department particularly in Front Office Department. This program began in July 2019 and ended in January 2020 at Hotel Hilton Bandung. From this, the writer can know the basic knowledge that can be use in the Hotel Industry, and also the writer can gain more experience especially in Career, the writer also can make a valuable contact with head department, staff or even with the guest. This Industrial Placement also help the writer to improve skill in the practical experienced that get along with the learning process. This report also contain the detail information about the hotel especially in facility of the hotel, the chart of the hotel organization and front office organization. From this report the writers, hope that the reader can understand the job description and the coordination in Hotel Hilton Bandung. While doing industrial placement in hotel industry the writer facing several problem such as, hard to communicate with foreign guest and take the wrong In Room Dining Order, but on the other hand the writer try to learn more and deeper the vocabulary and also double courtesy to the guest and the kitchen. The writer hope that with this report can give the reader a little information about working in hotel industry.
