Abstract
Autologous PRP gel combined with VSD technology in repairing refractory wounds not only has good bacteriostatic effect, but also can increase wound healing rate, shorten wound healing time, alleviate wound pain, reduce scar hyperplasia, with less adverse reaction, which is worthy of promotion.
