Clinical application about Mechanical ventilation after cardiac valve replacement

Objective Discussion on mechanical ventilation after cardiac valve replacement in the clinical application.Methods Retrospective analysis of 126 cases of heart valve replacement after application of mechanical ventilation effects.Results None due to the application of mechanical ventilation and the occurrence of death,13 cases of pulmonary complications occurred,one of three cases of atelectasis,2 cases of pneumothorax pulmonary infection in eight cases,with symptomatic treatment,adjusting the ventilator and the use of antibiotics after the administration more.Conclusion After heart valve replacement effectively allows the application of mechanical ventilation in patients with perioperative Spend smoothly,improve surgery and reduce patient mortality,is an effective adjuvant treatment measures.
