Acute left heart failure clinical observation of mechanical ventilation in the treatment

Objective To observe the acute left heart failure in the therapeutic effect of mechanical ventilation. Methods 18 cases of acute left heart failure in patients with mechanical ventilation in the treatment of clinical data to compare before and after treatment in patients on mechanical ventilation in patients with heart rate,blood pressure,respiratory rate,blood gas Analysis of mechanical ventilation and blood flow dynamics changes. The results of mechanical ventilation in the treatment two hours later,the patient than those in the former seen as a barometer v. pre-treatment significantly improved,2 deaths,case fatality rate of 11. 1%. Conclusion invasive mechanical ventilation in the treatment of acute left heart failure is to rescue an effective supplementary treatment measures.
