Abstract
Objective To investigate the coronary artery lesion characteristics in patients with elderly type 2 diabetes mellitus and coronary heart disease. Methods From January 2015 to October 2016, 50 patients with senile diabetic and coronary heart disease were selected, 36 patients with coronary heart disease in type 2 diabetes were selected in the same period. The data of coronary angiography was analyzed between the two groups. Results Compared with non-diabetic patients, elderly patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated with coronary heart disease coronary was 3 lesions(P<0.05), stenosis and occlusion, diffuse vascular were more common(P<0.05). Conclusions Elderly type 2 diabetes mellitus and coronary heart disease (CHD) of coronary artery lesions in coronary heart disease is more serious than the without type 2 diabetes, the cumulative degree and the scope is bigger. Key words: Type 2 diabetes mellitus; Coronary heart disease; Coronary angiography
