Abstract
Objective To investigate the coronary angiography of coronary heart disease patients with type 2 diabetes. Methods A retrospective analysis from January 2009 to June 2011 in our hospital 45 patients with type 2 diabetes, coronary heart disease in patients with coronary angiography, and treated with the same period in hospital,45 cases of simple coronary angiography in patients with coronary heart disease and compared two groups and analyzed similarities and differences between coronary angiography for diagnosis and treatment. Results Coronary heart disease and type 2 diabetes group and control group in all respects was no significant difference,in coronary heart disease and type 2 diabetes group, multivessel disease and diffuse lesions were significantly higher(P0.05),and single and double-vessel disease were significantly lower than those of the control group(P0.05).Conclusions Diabetic patients with coronary heart disease was coronary artery involvement in patients with severe coronary heart disease than non-diabetic,and the lesion is more diffuse.
