Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of vertical management of nursing performance on clinical nurse satisfaction. Methods To formulate a set of nursing performance management scheme in line with the actual situation of the hospital and apply it in clinical practice.Clinical first-line nursing staff in a branch of a tertiary general hospital were selected as the research objects.The effect of satisfaction evaluation on clinical nurses was evaluated. Results Before and after the performance management reform, nurses compared nursing management style, job achievement, salary and night shift fee, and the differences were statistically significant (P 0.05). Conclusions The vertical management of nursing performance is conducive to improving the satisfaction of clinical nurses on performance allocation, which is conducive to improving the enthusiasm of nurses on work, enhancing their sense of self-worth and nursing quality, as well as the stability of nurses and the safety of nursing work.
