Abstract
Objective: To study the levels of nursing method and the application effect in clinical practice. Methods: According to the nurse's job title,working years,education,personal ability and clinical experience nurses divided into N0- N4,clarify the responsibilities of a nurse at the level,with layered training and examination. Compared the nurse's and patient's satisfaction levels,nurses job satisfaction,self- efficacy and ward nursing quality before and after the management. Results: The patients' satisfaction,nurse job satisfaction,self- efficacy and ward nursing quality were improvement( P 0. 05). Conclusion: The nurse hierarchy management to improve patients' satisfaction,nurse job satisfaction,self- efficacy and quality of care,the nurse hierarchical management to fit the needs of clinical nursing work.
