Abstract
目的 建立测定利眼明滴眼液中维生素B1含量的高效液相色谱法.方法 采用Diamonsil C18柱(250×4.6 mm,5 μm),以甲醇-0.05 mol·l-1磷酸二氢钾溶液(8:92)为流动相,流速为0.4 ml·min-1,检测波长为246 nm,柱温为20℃.结果 维生素B1的线性范围为2.042～12.252 μg·ml-1,r=0.9999(n=6),平均回收率为100.42%,RSD=0.85%(n=9).结论 该方法操作简便,快速,结果准确。
