Abstract
目的 探讨用高效液相色谱法(HPLC法)同时测定氨林酚咖胶囊中对乙酰氨基酚、氨基比林和咖啡因的含量.方法 采用Diamonsil C18色谱柱(200 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相为1%醋酸溶液(以二乙胺调节pH值至3.7)-甲醇(6:4),检测波长为272 nm,柱温为30℃.结果 对乙酰氨基酚、氨基比林、咖啡因的线性范围分别是59.448～138.712μg/mL,75.368～150.736μg/mL,23.340～54.460μg/mL,平均回收率分别为102.0%,99.0%,99.3%(n=9),RSD分别为1.6%,1.5%,0.8%.结论 HPLC法简便,准确,重现性好,可用于该制剂的质量控制及评价.
