The impact study of perioperative evidence-based nursing of laparotomy operation patients in department of general Surgery

Objective To investigate the effect of application of evidence-based nursing in the perioperative treatment in Department of general surgery. Methods The patients who were selected from the Department of general surgery laparotomy operation,were randomly divided into two groups,the control group were given conventional nursing,the observation group received perioperative evidence-based nursing. Make comparative analysis of the care results. Results In the observation group,the degree of pain was significantly lower than that of the control group,through statistical analysis,there was a significant difference ( P 0. 05) . The incidence of abdominal pain,nausea and vomiting,pulmonary infection,urinary system infection and other complications in the observation group,were significantly lower than those of the control group,with significant difference ( P 0. 05) . The hospitalization time and mental state of the observation group were better than those of the control group,patients satisfaction was significantly higher than that of the control group,with significant difference ( P 0. 05) . Conclusion The evidence-based nursing can make the improvement of nursing quality,reduce the patients of Department of general surgery laparotomy operation complications,reduce pain,improve the patient’s mental state,improve the patients’satisfaction to nursing care,and promote an early recovery of patients.
