Clinical analysis of the polyoid lesion of gallbladder by the color doppler ultrasound diagnosis

Abstract
Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of polypoid lesion of gallbladder by color doppler ultrasound.Methods Retrospectively analyzed the ultrasonographic image features of 83patients with polypoid lesion of gallbladder.Results Among the 83 patients,41 were cholesterolpolyps,16were inflammatory polyps,12 were gallbladder adenoma,14 were adenocarcinoma.The coincidence rate of ultrasound diagnosis and pathologic diagnosis was 96.4％.Conclusion Color Doppler ultrasound can make an accurate diagnosis on polypoid lesion of gallbladder,and guide the clinical treatment options of polypoid lesions of gallbladde.
