Abstract

Objective To analyze and sorte the clinical characteristics of primary gastric lymphoma, and investigate the contributions to the various diagnostic methods on gastric lymphoma diagnosis,so as to improve the awareness of the diagnosis and treatment of gastric lymphoma and reduce the misdiagnosis rate. Methods The clinical manifestations and diagnostic methods of 26 cases pathology confirmed with primary gastric lymphoma were retrospectively analyzed. Results The onset age of the primary gastric lymphoma were 27-38 ages. The incidence ratio of men and women was 2. 25:1. The main symptoms were abdominal pain and abdominal distension, followed by nausea, vomiting, poor appetite and emaciation. Among these 26 cases, ultrasound examination showed that malignant tumor accounting for 15. 8%. Primary gastric lymphoma accounting for 21. 7%,confirmed by CT and clinical manifestation. By gastroscopy, primary gastric lymphoma accounting for 40. 9%. By ultrasonic gastroscopy, primary gastric lymphoma accounting for 75%. Conclusions The clinical manifestations of gastric lymphoma are not typical. The main symptoms were epigastric discomfort, atypical and nonspecific. Different inspection methods for diagnosing gastric lymphoma contribution value is different. The accurate and minimally invasive method is the biopsy under ultrasound gastroscope. Sespected cases of primary gastric lymphoma should have ultrasonic gastroscopy,in order to improve the diagnosis of gastric lymphoma. Key words: Gastric lymphoma; Primary; Clinical manifestations; Diagnostic methods
