Abstract
Objective To summarize the cause, diagnosis, treatment and prevention of recurrent hemorrhage of postoperative hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage(HICH). So that it can be diagnosed in the early phase and treated in time. Methods Thirty - three cases of recurrent hemorrhage of postoperative HICH were analyzed retrospectively from January 1998 to January 2007. Results The rate of recurrent hemorrhage of postoperative HICH was 11.1% (33/296) ,26 cases of recurrent hemorrhage of HICH were operated once again. 7 cases of recurrent hemorrhage of HICH used conservative treatment. The rate of good prog- nosis was 63.6 % (21/33) ,the rate of bad prognosis was 36.4% (12/33). Conclusion Appropriate hemostasis in operation and postoperative blood pressure control are important meanings in preventing recurrent hemorrhage. Key words: Intracerebral hemorrhage; Hypertension; Operation; Recurrent hemorrhage
